RMA Indonesia opens in Jakarta in 2008, began serving customers in Indonesia through its wholly owned subsidiary, PT Global Fleet Sales Indonesia.
In 2016 Ford Motor Indonesia ceased its operations in Indonesia, RMA expanded its business as PT Mitra Bisnis to become the Ford Authorized Distributor for Service and Genuine Ford Parts. Through a network of appointed service centers across the archipelago, PT Mitra Bisnis upholds the existing warranties of all Ford vehicles and provides customers ongoing access to Ford Service, Genuine Ford Parts supply and Emergency Roadside Assistance.
In 2019 RMA Indonesia begin to sell Ford Ranger unit in Indonesia and also become Mahindra Authorized Distributor for Unit sales, Service and Genuine Parts
